Harvest Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. cinnamon
4 medium apples
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. cooking oil
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 c. finely chopped nuts
cream cheese frosting
Preparation

Grease and lightly flour a 9-inch tube pan.
Sift together flour, baking soda, salt and cinnamon.
Chop and peel apples.
Set them aside.
Stir together eggs and vanilla, then beat 2 minutes, until light.
Gradually add oil, beating until thick.
Gradually beat in sugar.
Add dry ingredients, apples and nuts a little at a time; beat well after each addition.
Beat 3 minutes at medium speed.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 minutes.
Use cream cheese frosting.
