Watergate Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. instant pistachio pudding
    1 (16 oz.) can crushed pineapple
    1/2 c. chopped walnuts
    1 (9 oz.) container Cool Whip
    2 c. mini marshmallows
    1/2 c. chopped cherries (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients with juice of pineapple, Cool Whip and pudding.
    Blend in pineapple, nuts and cherries.
    Refrigerate.
