Spinach Souffle - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    7 eggs, well beaten
    1/2 stick butter
    24 oz. cottage cheese
    6 Tbsp. flour
    1/2 lb. cheese, cut in chunks
    1 pkg. spinach (frozen and chopped)
Preparation
    Thaw and squeeze out spinach.
    Mix with other ingredients. Put in greased casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes (for
    a 7 x 11-inch dish).
    I use a 9 x 13-inch dish and bake a little less time.
