Peppered Steak - cooking recipe
Ingredients

flour
salt and pepper
round steak
Puritan oil
cut up bell pepper
cut up onion
2 beef bouillon cubes, melted in 2 c. water
Preparation

Flour, salt and pepper steak.
Brown in frying pan in oil. Place bell pepper and onion over steak.
Pour bouillon over steak and simmer for 1 hour.
