Fried Sweet Potatoes - cooking recipe

4 or 5 baked sweet potatoes
cinnamon
sugar
oil
Preparation

Slice sweet potatoes.
Cover an iron frying pan with just enough oil to cover bottom.
Fry 1 layer of sweet potatoes at a time, turning to brown both sides, lightly.
Lift onto platter and, if desired, sprinkle with cinnamon and sugar, or eat plain.
