Mexican Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 to 2 pounds hamburger
1 can pinto beans
1 can enchilada sauce
1 can chopped green chilies
1 can cream of chicken soup or cream of celery soup
Preparation

Brown hamburger.
Mix in remaining ingredients.
Place layer of hamburger mixture.
Cover with grated colby of colby jack cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
Pour remaining hamburger mixture, over first layer.
Top with more grated cheese and crushed tortilla chips.
