Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/2 c. margarine or oil
2 c. sugar
2 large eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
2 1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. baking powder
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. chopped apples
Preparation

Chop apples and set aside.
Measure oil into large bowl; add sugar, egg and vanilla.
Beat until creamy.
Sift flour, salt, soda and baking powder together.
Add small amounts at a time to creamed mixture.
Fold in pecans and apples.
Bake in 9 x 13-inch pan for 55 to 60 minutes at 350\u00b0.
