Potato Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef
    10 to 12 potatoes, sliced and peeled
    1 can cream of mushroom soup
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Press 1/2 uncooked ground beef into bottom of a 9 x 13-inch casserole pan.
    Layer top with potatoes, then layer with ground beef, then potatoes again.
    Mix water and soup well; pour over potatoes and meat.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 1 hour.
    Serve hot.
