Angel Biscuits - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 c. self-rising flour
2 tsp. baking soda
1/4 c. sugar
1/8 tsp. salt
1 c. buttermilk
1/4 c. warm water
1 pkg. yeast
1/2 c. shortening
Preparation

Sift dry ingredients together.
Add yeast to warm water and let dissolve.
Mix milk, yeast and shortening with dry ingredients until slightly sticky.
Form into rolls and place on ungreased baking pan.
Bake at 450\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes.
Bake immediately or cover and store in refrigerator up to one week.
