Six-Week Refrigerator Bran Muffins - cooking recipe
Ingredients

6 c. bran cereal
2 c. boiling water
1 c. Crisco oil
3 c. sugar
4 eggs, beaten
1 qt. buttermilk
5 c. plain flour
5 tsp. soda
2 tsp. salt
1 c. raisins
Preparation

In large bowl, add 2 cups bran, Crisco oil and raisins.
Pour boiling water over the mixture and let stand.
Mix remaining bran, sugar, eggs and buttermilk.
Sift flour, soda and salt.
Combine, cover and store in refrigerator.
May use as desired.
