Cheese Spread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. box Velveeta or any brand box cheese, room temperature
    1 egg
    1 c. milk
    1 heaping Tbsp. butter
    caraway seed (optional)
Preparation
    Heat milk 3 minutes on roast.
    Cut cheese in pieces, then add to hot milk.
    Heat 5 minutes on 1/2 power until cheese is soft. Mix until smooth.
    Add beaten egg, butter and seeds.
    Beat until well mixed.
    Put in small containers and freeze.
    Just super on any crackers.
