Mission Artichoke And Spinach Frittata - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. seasoned salt or onion powder
    dash of pepper
    3/4 lb. grated Monterey Jack cheese
    6 oz. jar marinated artichokes, cut in small pieces
    1/4 to 1/2 lb. sliced mushrooms
    4 c. fresh spinach or chard, chopped into small pieces
Preparation
    Melt 1/4 cup or less margarine in 9 x 13-inch glass pan.
    Beat the eggs, then gradually mix in the remaining ingredients one at a time in order.
    Pour in the 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for approximately 40 minutes.
