Great Breakfast Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 slices bread, cubed
    1 lb. hot sausage, cooked, crumbled and drained of all fat
    2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    7 eggs, lightly beaten
    2 c. milk
    1 tsp. salt
    1 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
Preparation
    Layer bread, sausage and cheese in a buttered baking dish. Combine eggs, milk, salt and dry mustard; pour over the ingredients in the baking dish.
    Refrigerate overnight.
    Bake the next morning in a 350\u00b0 oven for 1 hour.
    Makes 6 to 8 servings.
