Rhubarb Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 1/4 c. sugar
1 1/2 c. shortening
2 eggs
1/2 c. milk
2 c. rhubarb, cut
2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1/4 tsp. cloves
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. allspice
Preparation

Cream sugar, shortening, eggs and milk.
Add flour and spices; mix well.
Stir in rhubarb.
Pour into greased pan; add topping.
