Custard(Low-Fat, Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Egg Beaters
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 1/2 tsp. vanilla
    1/2 tsp. salt
    4 c. skim milk, scalded
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0. Mix Egg Beaters with sugar, vanilla and salt. Gradually add scalded milk and pour into ovenproof dish. Sprinkle with nutmeg and place dish in a warm-water bath. Bake in slow oven 1 hour or until set.
