Sunshine Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. jello (lemon or lime or one of each)
    2 c. boiling water
    1 pt. sour cream (do not use light)
    1 can crushed pineapple (8 oz.)
    2 carrots, grated or diced (about 1 c.)
    2 stalks celery, chopped
    1/2 green pepper
Preparation
    Dissolve jello in water; add sour cream.
    Beat until smooth and frothy.
    Add pineapple and vegetables.
    Pour into bowl; let set.
    Also good with orange-pineapple jello.
