Lisa'S Famous Breakfast Eggs Florentine - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 (10 oz. each) pkg. frozen chopped spinach
    6 eggs
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can cream of mushroom soup
    1 Tbsp. onion flakes
    pinch of pepper flakes
    1 c. shredded mild Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Cover the bottom of shallow baking dish (10 x 6 x 2-inch) with spinach.
    Break eggs around outside edge of dish.
    Pierce egg yolks twice and egg whites several times with a toothpick.
    Mix soup, pepper and onion flakes.
    Pour around eggs.
    Cover spinach completely.
    Cover and cook on High for 7 to 8 minutes or until eggs are almost set.
    Sprinkle cheese.
    Let stand covered 5 minutes.
    Serves 6 people.
