Beef Enchiladas - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 lb. ground beef
    1 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1 c. water
    10 (6-inch) flour tortillas
    16 oz. jar salsa
    6 oz. shredded Cheddar cheese
    6 oz. shredded Mozzarella
    1 can refried beans (optional)
    sour cream
Preparation
    Brown the ground beef in a skillet and pour off excess fat. Add taco seasoning and water.
    Simmer until reduced.
    Place equal amounts of taco meat on each tortilla.
    Add some refried beans, if desired.
    Put some salsa in bottom of a 9 x 13-inch pan.
    Roll up tortillas and place seam down in pan.
    Top with more salsa and the cheese.
    Put in oven at 300\u00b0 for 20 minutes or microwave 6 to 8 minutes until cheese melts.
