Jessie'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes, cooked, peeled and diced
    16 oz. Hellmann's mayonnaise
    16 oz. Hellmann's sandwich spread
    3 medium eggs, hard-boiled and mashed
    2 stalks celery, diced
    1 medium onion, diced
    salt to taste
    celery seed (garnish)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients except salt.
    Add salt last to taste. Store in sealed container in refrigerator for at least 1 hour prior to serving.
    Serves 10.
