Spinach-Cheese Bake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. corn muffin mix
    2 eggs, beaten
    1 (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 can French onion soup
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen spinach, thawed
    1/2 c. margarine, melted
    1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
Preparation
    Combine first 6 ingredients; stir until blended.
    Spoon into a greased 12 x 8 x 2-inch baking dish.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 minutes. Top with cheese and bake 5 minutes.
