Pumpkin Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 1/2 to 4 3/4 c. flour
    1 pkg. active yeast
    1 1/4 c milk
    2 Tbsp. shortening
    2 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    1 egg
    1/2 c. canned pumpkin
    3 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Combine 2 cups flour and yeast.
    In saucepan, heat milk, shortening, sugar and salt until warm.
    Add to dry mixture.
    Add egg and pumpkin.
    Beat at low speed 1/2 minute.
    Beat 3 minutes on high.
    Stir in enough remaining flour to make soft dough.
