    1 c. fresh lemon juice
    6 fresh tomatoes
    3 tomatillos
    1 bunch cilantro
    2 cloves garlic
    salt to taste
    Serrano chili peppers *
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    1 yellow onion
    1/2 tsp. oregano
Preparation
    *Vary the number of chilies according to your \"heat tolerance\" or just don't use them.
