Hamburger And Rice Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. cooked rice (not instant)
    1/2 tsp. garlic
    1 tsp. onion flakes
    1/2 tsp. basil flakes
    4 Tbsp. oil
    1 small can mushrooms
    2 to 3 eggs, beaten
    1 large can chopped tomatoes
    1 lb. hamburger
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Add garlic, onion flakes, basil flakes and mushrooms to olive oil; mix well.
    Add tomatoes and cook for 1/2 hour.
    Brown crumbled hamburger.
    Add eggs to cool rice.
    Add hamburger and rice mixture to the tomato mixture.
    Put in 2 or 3-quart casserole.
    Add salt
    to taste (optional).
    Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Sprinkle top with Parmesan cheese before serving.
