Penne Pasta - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. penne pasta
    2 cans diced tomatoes
    1 Tbsp. fresh, minced garlic
    3 Tbsp. olive oil
    4 to 5 Tbsp. balsamic vinegar (or use Paul Newman balsamic vinaigrette)
    1/3 c. packed, fresh basil, sliced
    fresh grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Cook pasta. In a skillet, combine all other ingredients and simmer. Drain pasta and combine with heated tomato mixture. Top with Parmesan cheese.
