"Jiffy" Spoon Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. milk
    1/3 stick margarine
    1 box Jiffy corn muffin mix
    3 eggs
Preparation
    Scald milk. Beat eggs in a bowl until light and frothy. When milk is scalded, add corn muffin mix and beat. Then add eggs. Pour into casserole dish margarine which has been melted. Bake in 425\u00b0 to 450\u00b0 oven for 25 to 30 minutes. Leftovers are good with syrup for breakfast.
