Linguine With Clam Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

8 oz. linguine
3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
1/2 c. minced onion
2 (7 1/2 oz.) cans minced clams and juice
1 tsp. basil
1 can cream of mushroom soup
1 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. garlic salt
2 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
4 Tbsp. Sauterne (dry white wine)
Preparation

Saute onion in butter until tender.
Add the juice from the clams, seasonings, condensed cream of mushroom soup and white wine.
Simmer covered for 10 minutes.
