Cicoria Fina Agliata(Dandelion Sauteed With Garlic) - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 lb. fresh dandelion
6 Tbsp. olive oil
3 cloves chopped garlic
Preparation

Clean and wash greens, cut in half.
Place in saucepan.
Cook for 10 to 15 minutes or until tender.
Remove and drain.
Heat oil and garlic in frying pan.
Place greens in pan.
Stir with wooden spoon until slightly dry.
Serve hot.
Serves 6 to 8.
