Potato Pudding - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. grated potato
    1 1/2 c. grated onion
    3 eggs
    1/3 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    4 Tbsp. melted butter
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Using a large bowl, beat eggs well. Add flour, salt, baking powder and butter to eggs and beat well until all is dissolved.
    Add potatoes and onions and mix well. Don't be afraid to use your hands!
    Pour into brownie pan and bake for 1 hour.
