Nine Layer Vegetable Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 head lettuce, chopped
    1 c. chopped celery
    1 c. chopped bell pepper
    1 c. chopped onion
    1 (17 oz.) can small English peas, drained
    1 1/2 c. mayonnaise
    1 tsp. sugar
    grated Parmesan cheese
    Bac*Os bits
    1 c. dried mushrooms, sliced lengthwise
    2 eggs, boiled and sliced
    croutons
Preparation
    Layer vegetables in the order listed in a 10 x 10 x 2-inch casserole dish.
    Spread mayonnaise evenly over top.
    Sprinkle sugar, then Parmesan cheese, then Bac*Os bits over mayonnaise. Layer mushrooms evenly over top and then sliced eggs.
    Add croutons on top.
