Ingredients

2 c. white rice (old fashioned or 5 minute)
4 egg yolks
1/2 c. white sugar
pinch of salt
2 c. white milk
sprinkle of nutmeg
sprinkle of cinnamon
1/2 c. raisins
Preparation

Preheat oven to 425\u00b0.
Cook rice and raisins together.
Beat egg yolks and add sugar, pinch of salt, milk, nutmeg and cinnamon.
