Ingredients

8 oz. cooked chicken, cut up
1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
2 Tbsp. chutney
1 tsp. curry powder
2 Tbsp. grated onion or sliced scallion
1/4 c. mayonnaise
dash of pepper
1/4 c. slivered almonds, toasted
Preparation

Process chicken in food processor for 5 seconds, using steel blade.
Add cream cheese, chutney, curry, onion, mayonnaise and pepper.
Process 5 to 10 seconds, until well blended.
Place in an au gratin dish; spread with almonds.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 15 minutes. Serve with large corn chips.
