B J'S Baked Ham Omelette - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. Muenster or Jack cheese, shredded
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1 pt. cottage cheese
    1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 doz. eggs
    salt, pepper and Tabasco
    2 c. diced ham, cooked
Preparation
    Melt margarine in 9 x 13-inch Pyrex dish.
    Sift flour with baking powder; beat eggs and season lightly.
    Add 5 to 6 drops Tabasco sauce.
    Stir in flour, ham, cheese, cottage cheese and most of the melted margarine.
    Swirl rest of margarine around in dish to coat evenly.
    Pour in egg mixture.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 15 minutes.
    Reduce heat to 350\u00b0 and bake 10 to 15 minutes longer until puffed and golden brown.
    Cut into squares and serve.
