Ingredients

medium and mild Cheddar cheese (use 2/3 to 3/4 lb. per each c. macaroni)
3 c. macaroni, cooked
1 egg per c. macaroni
salt
pepper
milk (2%)
Preparation

Grate cheese in flat dish.
Beat egg and pour over cheese. Add salt and pepper to taste.
Add milk to cover cheese.
Pour cooked macaroni into dish; stir.
Bake 20 to 25 minutes at 350\u00b0.
