Excellent Chicken Stir-Fry - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 or 5 boneless chicken breasts
1 pkg. Knorr vegetable soup
3 chicken bouillon cubes
2 to 3 Tbsp. cornstarch, added to cold water to dissolve
1 head cauliflower
1 stalk broccoli
1 pkg. snow peas (optional)
2 stalks celery
2 to 3 carrots
1 medium onion (Vidalia if possible)
1 can water chestnuts
Preparation

In wok, fry chicken breasts in Wesson oil.
Sprinkle with garlic powder.
Remove excess oil when done with paper towels.
In separate pan, cook Knorr soup and bouillon cubes about 20 minutes. Thicken with cornstarch.
Cut up vegetables and add with the soup to chicken in wok.
Heat together while stirring.
Enjoy.
