Pat'S Hungarian Goulash - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. beef, cubed
    2 onions, minced
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1 1/4 tsp. paprika
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 1/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp. vinegar
    6 Tbsp. catsup or 1 can tomato sauce
    1 1/2 c. water
    3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Brown meat;
    add
    onions.
    Combine
    first 4 ingredients and add.
    Combine next\t3
    ingredients\tand add.
    Add 1 cup of the water.
    Cook 2
    to\t2 1/2 hours (until tender).
    Mix flour with remaining water
    and
    add and let thicken.\tI add carrots or green beans for variety.\tServes 4.
