Icebox Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 tsp. salt
    1/2 c. shortening
    2 c. boiling water
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 yeast cake, dissolved in lukewarm water
    7 1/2 to 8 c. flour
Preparation
    Sift flour 4 times.
    Pour boiling water over shortening, sugar and salt.
    When cooled, add 2 well beaten eggs and yeast.
    Last add the flour.
    Mix well; let rise until double.
    Knead and shape into rolls and let rise again.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 until done.
