Potato & Sausage Chowder - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    3 Tbsp. flour
    4 c. milk
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    8 oz. kielbasa, chopped (Polish sausage)
    1 1/2 chopped onion
    3 c. cubed potatoes
    1 tsp. salt
    8 oz. shredded Cheddar
Preparation
    Melt butter and cook onion until soft.
    Stir in flour.
    Add potatoes, milk, salt & pepper.
    Cook 25-30 minutes.
    Add cheese and kielbasa and cook another 2-3 minutes.
