Sweet Potato-Pecan Puffs - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 baked or boiled sweet potatoes or yams
    3 Tbsp. margarine or butter
    dash of ginger to taste
    dash of cinnamon to taste
    salt to taste
    1/2 c. chopped pecans
Preparation
    Whip sweet potatoes with margarine.
    Season to taste with spices.
    Form mixture into small balls.
    Cover each ball with pecans.
    Arrange on lightly greased baking dish.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 minutes.
    Serve piping hot.
