Chocolate Zucchini Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. Brown Sugar
    1/2 c. Sugar
    1 Stick Margarine
    1/2 c. Vegetable Oil
    3 Eggs
    1 tsp. Vanilla
    1/2 c. Buttermilk or 1/2 c. Milk with 1/2 tsp. Vinegar
    2 1/2 c. Flour
    1/4 c. Unsweetened Cocoa
    2 tsp. Baking Soda
    1/2 tsp. Allspice
    1/2 tsp. Cinnamon
    2 c. Zucchini (Grated)
    1 c. Chocolate Chips
    1 c. Nuts (Chopped)
Preparation
    1. Combine sugar, magarine, and oil in large bowl and beat until fluffy.
    Add eggs, beating after each one. 2. Add vanilla and buttermilk and beat until smooth.
    Mix dry ingredients.
    Gradually add to first mixture beating until smooth. 3. Fold in zucchini, chocolate chips, and nuts.
    Pour into greased 9 x 13 pan. 4. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 45 minutes to one hour or till cake tests done.
