Ingredients

1 c. sugar
3 Tbsp. water
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp. vanilla
1/4 tsp. cream of tartar
pinch of salt
Preparation

Put all of the ingredients in top of double boiler.
In bottom have water boiling.
Beat with egg beater constantly for 7 minutes.
Remove from heat and spread on cake.
