Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 1/4 c. oil
2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3/4 c. milk
1 c. nuts
3 c. self-rising flour
1 tsp. soda
2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. salt
2 c. grated apples

Preparation

Beat eggs.
Add oil and sugar.
Mix dry ingredients together, then add the egg mixture with milk.
Apples and nuts go in last. Blend well with electric mixer. Bake in tube pan at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 15 minutes.
