Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 3/4 c. mashed cooked pumpkin
1/2 tsp. salt
1 3/4 c. milk
3 eggs or 4 yolks
2/3 c. brown sugar
2 Tbsp. sugar
1 1/4 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 tsp. cloves
Preparation

Make pastry for a one-crust pie.
Line pie pan.
Place all ingredients into a bowl and beat together with a rotary beater. Pour into pastry-lined pie pan.
Bake at 400\u00b0 for 35 to 45 minutes just until a silver knife inserted 1-inch from the side of the filling comes out clean.
The center may still look soft, but will set later.
