Rocky Road Candy - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (11 1/2 oz.) pkg. chocolate morsels
4 c. mini marshmallows
1 c. coarsely broken walnuts
Preparation

In a 2-quart saucepan, slowly melt chocolate over low heat, stirring constantly to avoid scorching.
Remove from heat; beat until smooth.
Stir in marshmallows.
Spread in a buttered pan. Chill.
Makes 2 pounds.
