Pie Crust - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. water
    2 c. (1 lb.) lard
    2 Tbsp. salt
    1 Tbsp. vinegar
    1 egg
    ice water
Preparation
    Mix together first three ingredients.
    In 1-cup measure, put the vinegar and egg; beat slightly.
    Fill cup with ice water. Pour over first mixture and blend to make a soft dough.
    Makes 4 double crusts.
