Biscuits - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 stick butter
    self-rising flour
    milk
    pinch of salt
Preparation
    With fingers, crumble butter and enough flour (mix flour and salt first) to make a coarse, meal-like texture.
    Add enough milk to stick it all together.
    Turn onto floured surface, roll and cut. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 10 to 12 minutes.
    Makes 8 to 10 biscuits.
