Scalloped Pineapple - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can chunk pineapple, drained (save juice)
    1 c. grated sharp cheese
    1 c. sugar
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 stick butter, melted
Preparation
    Toss drained pineapple and cheese together.
    Combine sugar and flour and mix with pineapple juice; pour over pineapple and cheese mixture.
    Take 4 or 5 slices of white bread, cut in cubes and butter well with melted butter.
    Put bread mixture over pineapple. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until brown.
