Casserole Burgers - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. ground beef
2 Tbsp. minced onion
1 egg, slightly beaten
1 Tbsp. fine dry bread crumbs
salt and pepper to taste
small green pepper, cut in strips
1 Tbsp. butter
1 can tomato sauce
1 can Franco-American gravy
Preparation

Mix beef, onion, egg, bread crumbs, salt, pepper and tomato sauce.
Make into patties.
Melt butter in pan.
Add patties and green pepper strips.
Brown slowly until done.
Serve with rice or mashed potatoes.
