Deluxe Refrigerator Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. yeast
    3/4 c. sugar
    6 to 6 1/2 c. flour
    1/2 c. warm water
    1 c. mashed potatoes
    1/2 c. soft butter
    1 1/2 c. soft shortening
    1 c. cold water
Preparation
    In large bowl, sprinkle yeast over warm water.
    Stir in butter, shortening, sugar and potatoes.
    Add cold water and salt; stir in flour.
    Use immediately, or store in refrigerator.
    Pat on table; cut into squares.
    Makes about 3 dozen.
    Place in pan, not touching.
    Let rise 1 hour, until double in size.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
