Wheat Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. unbleached flour
    1 c. whole wheat flour
    3/4 tsp. salt
    3 Tbsp. date sugar
    1/2 c. oil
    1 Tbsp. yeast
    1 c. water
Preparation
    Mix flours
    and
    salt
    with
    2
    tablespoons sugar.
    Mix yeast with water and remaining sugar.
    Stir in oil.
    Mix yeast mixture with flour.
    Cover and set for 1 hour at room temperature.
    Spray baking
    pan.
    Form rolls and place in pan.
    Rise 1/2 hour.
    Cook at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes, until done.
