Crab Stuffed Mushrooms - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. or more large fresh mushrooms
1 (7 oz.) can crab meat
1 c. grated sharp Cheddar cheese
1/2 c. mayonnaise
1/2 c. crushed Ritz crackers
Parmesan cheese
Preparation

Remove stems from mushrooms and wash carefully.
Save stems for another dish.
Combine drained crab meat and grated sharp cheese.
Add mayonnaise and mix well with a fork.
Stuff this mixture into each mushroom cap.
Sprinkle each with crushed crackers.
Bake for 10 minutes in 350\u00b0 oven.
Then sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and run under the broiler until they bubble. Serves 8.
